The land line number is a vodafone number. It is legit. If they dont get you when they first call, they will call back. Its to advise about new products and talk about your current contract with them. They do ask for your acct pin number, but i ask them to send me an SMS confirming that a vodafone rep is ring. I have previous SMS from vodafone and their one arrives on the same number. Proving its vodafone. If you are still concerned, give them the wrong PIN. They will let you know quickly if its wrong and this will further prove its vodafone. The lady i spoke with today, discussed my next contract and asked if everything was still OK with my choice.

So many calls from this number every day for the past few weeks, never leaves a voicemail. I don't care if they're calling on behalf of Vodafone, they have no reason to call me at all. Blocking the number.

Scam calls to me too -multiple times a day, no message. Anyway to stop them? They seem to keep getting around the block... I'm thinking of answering but just putting the phone down so their call rate gets messed up, ties up their line while they try to hangup on me, and maybe even charges them a bit for calling a mobile (one can only hope!)... Maybe it will annoy them enough to leave me alone - hah.

When this number comes up on my phone it usually says Melbourne but has also said Perth before. Indian woman asking for my 4 digit code, I told her I'm not giving out information over the phone, she asked again for my code, I said she obviously wasn't going to listen to me and that if I wanted to change my contract I would go in to a store to do so. The quality of the call was terrible, all fuzzy and I could hardly hear her. This just has dodgy written all over it.
Don't give out your details people!

I think it's Vodafone, probably advertising something by the sound of the message when I called back.

I'm not a Vodafone customer and neither are any other members of my household, yet we're getting flooded with calls from this number.
