Received this SMS today. Checked the phone number on here and found it was a scam.
Blocked. DO NOT CALL THE NUMBER.

NAB SCAM

Caller: Scammer

Messaged me from the number wanting me to transfer $4500 to the bank as it was a wrong transfer or some rubbish, saying they were from the NAB but wanting all my details and money. Scam

I called back the number (03) 9070 8129 and the guy on the other line said I reached Telstra

Just had the txt as well, wanting the 2 step verification and to call if it wasnt me. Getting so bloody clever.:(

Scam number with Suncorp and nab

Caller: I called them back

They answered as NAB and then i got suspicious when they spoke in a different tone. When I asked them where are they located and what bank it is- they hung up.

SPAM

Very sophisticated scam this one. If you call the number it answers as the NAB call centre. Exactly the same voice and menu.

Saying I requested a code ad ask me to call back if was error and included a reference number. Definitely a scam call.

Scam message purporting to be from NAB quoting the following:

Your payment to Mohamed Khan
has been set up for $4500, if you
did not make this payment please
call us immediately on (03) 9070 8129

DO NOT phone the number back

Hung up as I don't know anyone and wasn't expecting any calls.

When I rang back the guy said I reached to Telstra Business Partners.

Returned the call - message saying "The number you have called is not connected"

I rang back the number (03) 9070 8129 once but got disconnected
