i am blown away with the discussion I have had with Miles from Telstra, a manager (846460, I wonder if this is a correct number) he was condescending and was confrontational with the discussion regarding a 90 Yr old's iPad usage,.I asked to talk to a complaints person. put on received two calls from Telstra with no one at the end. what service support does Telstra now supply? a disgrace.

This is a number Telstra overseas call centres use to call you back to follow up on service issues. If you call it back you get no response. I've alerted them to the fact that it appears to be a nuisance call and that they should leave a message that it is from telstra, because otherwise people will block it. I nearly did.

Caller: Mark Becker - Prime OT - “Queen” of all Scams & annoying Emails, Calls & Malicious Weblinks

PrimeOT is a scam.
Fraud site, no promise was kept, within 2 weeks you have 100% capital protection guarantee... Intention is that the Broker is no longer available, then an alleged mistake has happened at the buyback.
The mistake was attributed to me and the Brocker no longer gives a guarantee.
I got scammed 5000 EUR

Scammed by Ethan Bell from Primeot
Primeot is a scam but unfortunately I fell for it.

A parasite by the name of Ethan Bell (American accent) swindled me out of $15,000 USD.

Will not even return my emails let alone call like he did every day promising everything.

Listen or learn the hard way.

PrimeOT is a scam. Do not deal with them
PrimeOT is a scam. They push you to invest, their brokers dont contact you as arranged and if you try and close your account they tell you that you have to have $50,000 in profit to be able to do so. Read this article— it mirrors my experience with them although I didn’t lose as much as the subject of the article did. A recent piece by the ABC called them “The Pirates of the Caribbean Online Fraud Scheme”. So true. Google it and read it before you do anything.
DO NOT HAVE ANYTHING TO DO WITH PRIMEOT

I was speaking from someone in Telstra when the line was cut and this number called me back (03) 9065 4000. You would think it was from Telstra because the person knew the reason I was calling. But as soon as the woman asked for my address and my drivers licence to verify my account, I told her I'm not telling her all that, send me a code through text and I can give you that number. She couldn't answer me. Then I said, this a scam. Then she hanged up the line.

Why the hell did you block this number. You obviously don't read any of the comments. I was in the middle of a call to get help with my account and now i have to go through the whole process of being put on hold and waste my time. Not happy!

Caller: Automated Dialing machine

We have received several missed calls from this number to various mobiles. Calls have always gone to voice mail as we do not answer calls when we are busy. When any of our team called back the number, they got an automated message that there was an issue with our Telstra account and someone would be calling us. We rang Telstra ourselves on the number listed on Telstra's home page. We verified Telstra did not attempt to call our team regarding any of our accounts and also that the number is not a Telstra Number. Be very aware. This number appears to be a Scam caller number.

Caller: Fake Telstra Number

This is a fake Telstra number - don't give them any personal information, as soon as you ask them technical questions or about who they are they get nervous and hang up.

Because I rang them from my telstra business bill and then it gets put through to an overseas call centre to try and fix the problem, they call back through this number from overseas. so it is not a fraud number
