Didn't ring for long which I consider unprofessional so I doubt the legitimacy of the caller.

Hangs up as soon as I answer. Clearly not worth your time regardless of who they are. Block them and move on.

It's not from Energy Australia. I called them and there is no thing such a courtesy call. I was advised to contact the attorney department and bank (02) 6141 6666
They were so convincing as they had all my details and I didn't say anything a part of yes :(
