Recorded message claiming to be from ATO and that i have legal notice against tax claims and I should call back

SpaM. Called from ATO. Voicemail.

Received a similar call from this number (03) 9028 8470) threatening to release an arrest warrant if not called back on the number left in the voice message

i received the similar voice message from (03) 9028 8470 on 31st Oct 2018 at 4.40pm. It was threatening and i reckon it was a scam that's for sure

Phone didn't ring, I just got sent a text and an audio message. The message said that there have been lawsuits filed with my name and that if I didn't call back then i'd be arrested by the police. Called back on a landline and it rung out then disconnected. I've heard that if you call back on a mobile then they can take your number and make overseas calls.

I had a similar message to the ones above. So strange!

Machine voice (blanked out company name) stating that there is a law suit out in my name. Wanted me to ring the number back immediately.

I just had the same phone call. Call me back or you will be arrested

I called them back , gave them wrong name and address and they said I have allegations and cases against me !! haha call them if you are free and need some enjoyment!

sounds like a fraud call. recorded message says they are from the ATO and will arrest you. It's obviously a fraud because I've never had a tax liability.
