Caller: EBAY "they said"

"We are going to chare you 299 if you don't contact ##### press 1 and talk with .... bla.. bla..."

Same- unknown number on screen, went to voicemail, partial message " charge you $299 if you don't call %%% to cancel order". Called back, other end rings out. My number is on "Do Not Call register". Scam!

Asked me to call for refund of A$299.99

Missed the call. Robot left a message that I would be debited $299.99 or could call (03) 9028 7151 to cancel the payment if I did not order it. I called but no answer at all.

Just received this call from (03) 9028 7151 this is a SCAM be careful.

I got a call from this number just now - pre recorded message about debiting your Ebay account. It is a scam. Don't press 1, just hang up immediately and block them from future calls.

Computer generated call suggesting I would be debited for $299 if I did not call some another number or press 1 to connect....
Obvious scam hung up and blocked number

This number advised it was EBay and they wished to confirm purchase on my account - I don’t have an Ebay account - she was very insistent, advising an account had been made last month in my name with this number - SCAM

Scam.. Say it's EBAY and to call a number to obtain a refund from recent purchase. It is absolutely a scam. I have no EBAY purchase

Caller: Apparently eBay

Got around 5 calls today from apparently eBay saying a transaction was going to take place of $299 I don’t even have an eBay account. I asked them my account name she was trying to get this. They rung multiple times

Same message as above. Sbviosly a scamer

Caller: Jack, Amy, and many more

First they call you from 'private number', saying eBay charging $299.99 and need to call them back or press (1). Called the number back, not being racist or anything, I can hear from caller accent and background noise, sounds like a call centre based in India. THIS IS A SCAM, beware!
