Scammer claiming to have cost case pending and to call back on a different number

Caller: They say that it is Taxation Office

The following computerise voice message was left on my mobile number:
"Australian Taxation Office, the reason behind the call is that there is law suit cases getting filed under your name. The moment you recieved this message I want you to get back to me on my department devision number 3 90285372. I repeat 3 90285372.
Now if I don't hear from you, we have to issue an arrest warrant under your name and get you arrested. So get back to me as soon as possible. Thank you."

A text to speech voice told me his department number, then said I needed to call back immediately otherwise he would put out an arrest warrant and would have me arrested

Scammer claiming to call from the ATO having a lawsuit filed. Asked to call back on different number and threatens to have an arrest warrant ready if you don't call back.

Computerised voice left a message claiming to be from the tax office regarding a law suit, and if you don't call back on the number in the message they will arrest you.

(Called my husband but I have heard the voicemail message left)
Called today and the automated voice left a ridiculous message. Must be a scam!

called the business phone number claiming we are in a law suit and need to call back a different number otherwise the police will get involved- it's a scam- summons are delivered via email, mail or in person from a registered law firm.

Caller: scammer claiming to have lawsuit under my name. Terminology around "case" did not reflect Australian law setup. Voice appeared to be artificial computerised voice with a US accent.

Robotic voice saying you have a lawsuit. Hung up straight away assuming it was a scam and it seems to be verified by other comment.
