Caller: Caller from OS claiming to be Telstra telling me my account was hacked Appeared genuine and put other "technicians" on. In the end they wanted to cover the screen because of radiation, and because the call lasted nearly 2 hours I was totally confused. Then my wife called a friend who suggested I get the number and call back. Friend called "Telstra"'s number given and found it was a non connect call. Beware.

Caller: Saying from Telstra Re cutting off my internet and telephone within 24 hours unless I follow prompts on my computer to join Telstra NBN. I believe it was not Telstra and not genuine
