I don’t know how you got my number but could you please delete my number because I don’t answer any number or get sued

why am i getting all these sh*t calls? what is our government doing about the 1000s of scam phone numbers that I have to block

called me millions time, no one spoke when I answered. Rang back but no is not exist.

Caller: I rang 1800 595 174

I googled Netflix 24hr service and it said 1800 595 174. I rang to pay for someone else to be on my account. Somehow the number became (03) 9028 2430 but I didn't realise this. It was a scam and I had to cancel my cards etc. The worse part is you don't know what else they managed to find out and you have to live with that grey area. Why can't the Govt. Step in and stop false info being put on google and make google pay compensation. It certainly what we asked for so why should we be on high alert everytime we say anything to anyone, ring anyone, answer our phone etc. and feel dumb when we get scammed. Something needs to change.

I had the same experience as Anonymous on 30 Nov 2023. I couldn't find NetFlix's phone number on their website, so I googled "Netflix phone number" and got 1800 595 174. I rang to query why I was getting messages about other devices logging into my account and why my monthly bill was going up, but I hadn't authorised to upgrade my plan. The man said he couldn't hear me and rang back on
(03) 9028 2480. He seemed helpful but I got suspicious when he wanted me to download some software so he could "check" my netflix account. I didn't download the software, so he helped me a little bit more, but said he was going to upgrade my version of netflix and needed my credit card details (!). Again, I got suspicious and when I started to ask more questions, he said, "Goodbye" and hung up.
I called NetFlix on 1800 950 726 (found it on their website) and reported the incident. They confirmed that this was a scam.

I rang netflix help number.
The man said he couldn't hear me and rang on
(03) 9028 2480.
Tried to scam me out of 300 dollars from commbank.
Had to cancel my cards.
Sad these scammers are working for netflix.

Scamming money out of accounts. Pretends to be from the bank security and really they are scamming the money

Dont answer my mobile to numbers I don't recognice. Called back straight away from my work phone and go the old Optus Regrets..... Crank caller. Blocked.

some girl asked me "can you hear me", I said yes, and then hang up....I'm worried now they might take my voice "YES" to lock me into some ridiculous contract....
