They said they were from Vodafone Business Centre (my phone is with Vodafone). Became suspicious when they asked how many phones I have for business. When I said they should have that info they said they didn't have access to that information. Yeah right! They then started talking about plans and when I again mentioned they should have all the info about my existing plan and asked what the name of the company they were calling from was, they hung up. Pricks...

Hahahaha... kept asking to speak to a manager (calling from Commander about our phones). Said someone called previously and spoke to a manager. When I asked who they spoke to, funnily enough couldn't find a name in their notes. I asked when they called, and was told "yesterday around 1". I told them no one called yesterday, and certainly didn't speak to a manager, as I was on the phones. Started stuttering and mumbling about checking who they spoke to and will ring again... Hahahaha...... feel free, will just get me again!

Man with Indian accent called saying he was from Vodafone. He said he was calling about our existing plan that was due to expire soon. He asked about our street address, and business name (I guess trying to come across as legitimate, although all google-able) before asking if they could come down next week to show us their new plans and things. Very clever, but scam obviously. Not sure what the intention was behind it all...

Caller: Apparently Vodafone but was not really Got call saying its Vodafone and asking about my business phone. Knew right away it was fake as I don't have business phone. You can tell easily as the connection was below average and can hear another 10 people talking n background. I went with it for a bit and said I would buy if they buy back my phones... She said they cant do it. I kept reassuring them I was very interested but i didn't want to have 4 phones i just needed 2 so they had to buy my 2 phones for half price and i would buy new from them. Kept it going for 10 min...

Caller: Vodafone buisness Had a call from (03) 9021 2597 saying she is from Vodafone Business centre, and they have some terrific plans. Advised her I did not wish to be contacted by Vodafone unless there calls target a specific region in Europe which they do not. Advised her to check the notes. Caller hung up. Called the number back only to get a fax tone. Scammers.

Caller: Vodofone Business Centre Keeps phoning asking to book an appointment. Wanted a name of someone who manages the phone account, how many phones and which provider we are with! Persistently phones despite telling them we are not interested. I don't want to give them info because I can't tell if they're genuine. Judging from the comments above, it may be that they are not!

Caller: Ana Name: Ana Company: Vodafone Business
Wanted to speak about mobile phone plans. Sounded like she didn't know exactly what to say so probably wasn't following her scripting properly. Either way, most likely a scam.
