Its Aussie Farmers Direct!!!

Bloody Aussie Farmers Direct! They ring me numerous times a day- I've had to add them to my reject list. Pretty pathetic customer service to constantly be ringing and harassing people!

They keep calling me, I had two missed calls directly after one another yesterday and another one this morning!I refuse to call back numbers I don't recognise so I'm glad this site exists!

Called me today and hung up straight away. I have an account with Aussie farmers, but if they are calling to talk about my account or trying to sell something why don't they talk to me? Weird.

I keep getting missed calls from this number. I've also had issues with Aussie Farmers Direct. Why don't they do the polite thing and leave a voicemail?

Ordered once they put me on a recurring weekly order without my knowledge no happy. Produce not great and were unable to supply the most simple things. Ring and don't leave messages. I have blocked them. Glad it not just me. Wonder if they read this site!

I've been getting calls everyday this week from this number - they hang up as soon as I answer.

They harass me too . Even though I asked them not to call me.

I too have been receiving these calls, multiple times a day. They never leave a message.
I am currently a customer with Aussie Farmers Direct and so far I am happy with there service and food.
I will however be blocking their number.

farmers direct. they call me constantly. i have told them that I do not want to order anything else from them but they won't leave me alone!

I recently signed up with them. Only had 2 deliveries but so far its been really good. This week I started to get calls every day from them, I would answer, just hear background noise and then they would hang up every time. I eventually called them back and spoke to a really helpful girl who was really apologetic, said that they must be sales calls, and put me on their no promotional calls list. So hopefully that is enough to stop this!

they are from aussie farmer but I have asked them not to call sooooo many times and they still do I use them but do it online and don't want them to call me to try and sell me extra items

Previous customer with AFD for several months. I stopped ordering and they call and call & never leave messages. Motivation to call them back = zero. Over several months we had multiple orders stuffed up - wrong items delivered or not at all. Waste of my time as still needed to go shopping. Quality of products hit and miss. Spoke to a customer service representative who just offered a credit with no attempt to keep me when I couldn't be bothered with them. Too little too late, sorry you had your chance!

We were using Aussie Farmers and were quite happy, however they started delivering at stupid early hours of the morning (2am), truck with lights on pulls into our drive lights beaming into our bedroom, waking us, our dog and susequently our whole household including very young children. I asked them if they could deliver a bit later in the morning, they said no they can't control specific delivery times, so we cancelled. I later gave them a 2nd chance on the condition they co-ordinate a more appropriate delivery time in the morning. But 2-4am drop offs and wake ups again is just not acceptable. We cancelled again, I advised them why, and yet they continue to call after I've told them we will not give them another chance. I haven't answered their number now for months, they are a complete nuisance! Stop calling people who don't want to be be bothered!

I wanted to place an order once and once I registered they just kept calling me and calling me so I cancelled it because they were being really pushy! This must have been over 2 years ago and they recently started calling again. On my block list.

I have had problems with them too. Poor communication between people at the company. I had bad quality food, and other problems with my orders and told them numerous times to stop contacting me - however, this was about 2 yrs ago and I still regularly receive calls. Would never shop with them again.
