I called back number (03) 9002 4006 spoke to a guy who said company name is CISA.

Caller: Jackson Sharp/Tony National IT Consumables Pty Ltd. ABN 84 158 240 436. They sell printer toners They pretend that you have a previous account with them and that you've ordered from them before even though we never did. They then send you an email which is like a reorder sheet. they were selling the M2040DN toner for $269 which is way overpriced as it is $141 on inkstation. They will also try and entice you with a $50 prepaid master card as a 'thanks' They are really pushy and call you multiple times. They also use (03) 9087 3500 if you dont pick up.
