Caller: NAB

this is a legit number. It is name in Melbourne, usually it's a courtesy customer care call, making sure all your accounts are as you want them, and to see if there is anything else they can do for you. Not spam at all.

Scam for sure.

Had a call from this number. It's NAB in follow up to a credit card transaction dispute. Genuine call.

Didn't recognise the number when it called my mobile so didn't answer, no VM left. But then a minute later the same number called my desk phone and sure enough it was NAB to discuss how my experience is going with NAB and did I want to see if there was ways to save me some money. Said the only thing I am interested in is lower interest rates on my mortgages - knocked 20 points off everything :)

If NAB call you, the person who calls "should" make a note somewhere in their electronic customer notes. Sometimes they are unavailable for whatever reason or the person doesn't do this ... so you're correct. 13 22 65 can't always see who called and when.

This is definitely legitimate.

They called my mobile. I didn't bother to pick it up. Then they called my home phone. I thought it must be important then. Picked up and straight away the other end hung up. I called the number back says is NAB and MLC. Would you really hang up on your customers if youre a big business like NAB????

I had a call from this number. They didn't leave a number. I haven't made any enquiries with NAB.

Received call from (03) 8820 0071 we don't have any accounts with NAB but keep getting calls

Received four calls from this no. with no message other than to ring back. Deleted the lot.

called several times now - no response when i answered and no message when i left to ring out..

You're obviously involved in the scam because i just got a call and not even with NAB, never have been. They should not have my number. Everywhere else online says it is a scam...only you say it is not. Even NAB says it's not legit, yet you say that it's their number? Who are you to know?

Calling me every hour ... this is a headache

call me 3 times a day, no emails, texts or messages on my online banking from actual NAB. BLOCKED.

NAB calling about a current account I have. Not a scam.

I am receiving calls with the first 4 numbers are different but it always ends in 7000.....every time I answer they hang up..... definitely a scam of some kind.

This number has been calling my phone for days, doesn't leave a message, when I answer they hang up, treating as a spam caller. Just a bloody menace!

Caller: NAB Lending

Rec'd call from (03) 8870 7000 which I was expecting. This is NAB Lending in general (Credit Cards, Home Loans etc). I was expecting this call and the guy on the phone was sho I was dealing with the day before. It was totally legitimate. I still had to ID myself and call was recorded as per usual these days. Keep an open mind. If you ring back you need to use the 13 22 65 number and go through the long way unfortunately.
