They may be a legitimate consulting company, but if they are being paid by Gov't agencies for surveys (based on the number of calls made) they are no better than scammers. they don't even ring long enough to answer the phone and then I imagine they claim to have made so many calls per day and charge the poor taxpayer for these fictitious non meaningful calls what a scam

Just sent email telling them to take my number off their calling list. Looks like they do recruiting for SEEK.

Call the number (03) 8809 5333 and get put through to a supervisor.
Request to be removed from their call list - said may take up to 30 minutes to filter thru.
Was easy, friendly and fast.
Can't fault this process :-)

Just block them like Kim & Not Happy wrote or do what I like to do.... Put them in your phones contact list under something like, Ars*#oles - Don't Answer.

:-)

I am receiving calls from different numbers (including this one) all apparently linked to DBM marketing. I suspect they got my number from a competition I entered, but I don't know what they want or who they represent, they never leave a message.

Nuisance call, scam. Auto-dialler calls you and hangs up immediately so that YOU make the call back to them and pay the cost.

This is actually illegal.

I just rang the phone number on the first page, took 3 minutes to speak to two people to have both my numbers removed from their calling list. Aussie chick was as sweet as pie.

Annoying company that like scammers, pose as other companies and try to get information from you.
Companies shouldn't be able to telemarket like this. Wastes time and money...
I've put the number on the blocked senders on all the mobiles but unfortunately can't do that with the land lines.

hi,
I have received this mornin' an Email from the ACMA Do not call register.

They wrote that DBM are "Consultants " that carry out "Surveys " and therefore not subjected to to a Do not Call Edict
of which We ALL know..... is not true.

I have suggested ACMA pull their finger out and check out this Site re this "Pest " Phone Number .

Their phone manners , claiming to work for a Government Department should be enough to have them banned.

I have come to the conclusion:
that the Do not Call Register Guidelines has been drawn up with vested interests allowed to slip though the cracks !

cheery "Telco "mumbas !

If you have the UBER App, or someone has downloaded it who have your number saved to their contacts list....then this is how the marketers are getting to you. Unfortunately the UBER application states in it's terms of usage that the company has the right to give out your number and anyones number from your contact list to third parties.

If you have an iPhone you can block these numbers quite easily. Best to delete the UBER app though if you have it.

This number constantly rings me despite the fact I am on the no call register. Is this even legal. Wish they would stop calling. If it's so damn important leave a message!

They ring people on the "Do not call list" That is illegal, ergo they are scammers.
