I think the best solution is for the community to collaborate and find out the home and mobile numbers of the staff at DBM and list those numbers publicly so we can all call them and see if they want to complete a survey at any time of day. It would be hypocritical of any of their staff to object. Does anyone know the phone numbers of DBM staff: Here is a list of some of their staff members: Alan Ren, Danny Meisels, Deirdre Watson, Dhruba Gupta, Dieu anh Vu, Jeff Neyland, Katherine Whiteley, Kris Kelly ... you can get all their names from: http://www.dbmconsultants.com.au/index.php/who-we-are/our-people
I am sure if everyone called them repeatedly for a couple of weeks they would get the general idea that what they are doing is annoying!

Received a call - I'm in sunny Italy at the moment so I definitely don't want to talk to them! Let me just tell you all that being on the DNCR does not mean a thing! No-one ever checks it before they call you, & basically they don't give a damn if you're on it or not. Oh sure, you can tell them you're on the list when they call (but pls note they have just called you) & they will even say "ok, I'll take your name off the list" - but do they????? Funny how you'll get a call from someone else at the same company!

Just annoying, even if you tell them that you've asked them before not to call, they continue to call.... If this is a breach of the Australian Communications Act & only companies overseas are able to call without getting in trouble.
Also when you tell them this they hang up in a hurry.
I for one will be waiting for them to start speaking from now on & will blow a whistle down the phone at them.

They make their money by having you wonder, "who called me?".
When you call back you are charged at a premium rate.
Easy money for them masquerading as a research company.

Had a missed call from (03) 8862 3450 on 7/6/2016 at about 7pm AEST so called back and went straight to their voice message saying they are DBM consultants etc.
After googling and seeing all of above, I am now going to block them on my phone.
