Claims to help save electricity and gas bill, when i repeated twice that i am happy with what i have you, he said "bullsh*t" and so i hung up.

I picked up the call when it rang. It didn't disconnect, but was obviously an Indian based call center.
They were trying to tell me about 'new rates' for eletricity.
I just hung up after that.

I don't think it is telephone marketing. It is definitely scam.
The person called me twice and hung up immediately when I said I am not interested.

Typical Telemarketing Dogs, when I asked how they got me information they abused me and hung up.. hopefully they have a sh*t day
