These guys are purporting to be working under ASIC guidelines to get you to buy property, take out a loan, negatively gear, claim a loss on your tax, pay the tax saving off your existing home loan and pay them or their lenders a heap of fees.
No value in this unless you make a capital gain in excess of ALL the expense.
