They keeping calling but going to voice when called back

has called me every day, several times a day for the past 4 months. Lesson learnt, don't ever put your number on Compare the Market when finding an insurance quote.

I ignore any number I don't recognise. I figure if it's important they will leave me a message. Another number to added to my blocked list

They are either phishing calls based on social engineering where they collect your private details by calling you several times and pretending to be different on every call.
OR, they want you to call them back ...and there are several ways to make money by making people call you on given number.

Received another call from this number, I tried calling back and just got a Voice Mail, does not state the company they are from either.

Telemarketer, people just like us trying to make a living working for a company who paid them to call people repeatedly to sell anything and everything , What I do , I pick up the call and put the phone down, they are talking to nobody , they'll get the message, but at first call I talk to them , then simply ignore on repeat calls..

Pls. Stop calling ! It looks like you don't have nothing good to do in your life😡Stop pestering others!

Had this number call and asked if he was speaking to ************* (me) when I responded with depends who are you he rambled off something then hung up

they call several times during day, really annoying. When I call back, just going to the same voice msg. Must be scam....

They called saying it was a short 90 second lifestyle survey then asked if that was ok? I said sure then they hung up

It's life/burial insurance or website development. Either way if they can't be bothered to leave you a message or have a functional message bank with a greeting explaining who they are, block them.

Don't answer a call from a number you do not recognize.
Otherwise, if you keep getting calls from this number, you can store the number in your mobile phone address book under the contact "DO NOT ANSWER".
When your phone rings with this number...you "DO NOT ANSWER" !!!!!

Got a call from this number - Said "Hello" a few times. No one answered so disconnected.

We all have the same experience, the thing is, does anyone/ Gov can do something about it?

These people are SO persistent with tying to get you to commit to have them build a website for you.
I bought a domain through godaddy and they have called me ever since almost daily for a month.
They honestly don't take no for an answer, and aren't very professional on the phone. Calls drop out and they're quite forceful.
