This number rang my home number then mobile- no one there either time.

Very Annoying!!!!

I had been receiving several calls over time from this number - rang out without leaving a message or (earlier when I used to answer their calls) hang up answering.
Last week (mid July 2015) I lodged my phone numbers on the Do Not Call register - but here I am getting another call today.

Am listed on the do not call register and this number keeps phoning me! Refuse to answer the number as I don't know anyone with an (03) area code. Have now blocked them as they're starting to get pushy with 2 - 3 phone calls a day!!

This number called my mobile leaving no message. Less than a minute later, it rang my home landline. Thanks to info from previous posts, I have blocked this nuisance caller on both of my contact numbers.

I get these calls through my work time but can,t answer, but the other day was on my lunch break and answered a 4th call from them in 2 days and they hung up !!!!

I have added this number to my blacklist on my phone but am still getting calls !!!!!!!!!
How do I get rid of it ????? !!!!!!

Like the other comments, I just got a call from this number on my work landline and my mobile. I answered the call on my mobile and they hung up. So I just blocked the number on my mobile.

I called back number (03) 8687 4158 reached IVR saying if I want to put my number of their DNC list please press 1 then IVR asked for my number . IVR did not mention the company name though

i have this and at least a dozen other numbers saved in my phone under 'dont answer', 'dont bother', 'dont matter', etc. i just let it ring, they eventually give up, however it is very annoying

My land line and mobile numbers are listed on the Do Not Call register. Makes no difference to this caller as they are still at it.

Keep getting the same call, drops out when I answer. On both my mobile and my unlisted home number. Never had any contact with Origin Energy, don't know why they have my number.

We've had the same - line drops out when we pick up. Thanks for tip off re Origin Solar, we were looking at an ad on the iPad when two calls came through, one on my mobile and one on the home phone couple of minutes later.

This number called my landline and then my mobile, whithin about 5 seconds of each other. I don't know anyone from Victoria, so I rejected both calls. Glad I did, having read some of the other posts!
I think the best thing you can do is NOT to answer them.
Another tip: leave land line calls for at least 10 rings. Most robots only ring for 10 rings.
If it's someone you know who needs to talk to you, they will hold on until you pick up.
Let your friends and family know the score so they can let it ring a bit longer.
