When i realized it is a sales call, i just hang up.

They kept asking if I had an ABN number. I said I am in my late seventies and I do not have an ABN. To try and get me to switch over to them they supplied me with a fake ABN number and a fake business name! This was supposed to be so I could get a discount on telephone charges for 24 months. They rang several times and switched between male and female voices.

They promise cheaper phone calls, what if.... Tried to speak to the manager and they shut me. That tells u so much of a business. Well done Aus.

These people are now sending letters to elderly people via snail mail claiming that their offer has been agreed upon and to sign the direct debit form attached, of cause no such offer even existed. These blood suckers are now bullying old people.

I enjoyed myself. They cannot hang up so I spoke to them for over an hour and half until just recently. Good times were had by me

They continue to call my mobile daily. I just hang up ormy 2yr old speaks to them..they at least speak the same language

why don`t we all get current affair involved;i got call from them yesterday even though i have optus number said they were trying to get better deal for all optus customers and could do better because optus uses telestra;scammed again;had these calls for months thought it was ex boyfriend.DON~T give them medicare license (i did) idiot;got paperwork in mail today dated 5 days ago ;going to call telestra first thing in morningand optus

why don`t we all take them to current affairs and let ALL australia know what bastards they are; got call told me they were from optus but then then said all optus customers were getting huge bills and that because optus uses telestra lines NO i had to say they were trying to undercut optus and give people a fairer deal said yes over phone; got paperwork todaythey lie on dates of paperwork ; do not give them credit cards;drivers license(i did) but will get get on to telestra first thing tomorrowto block-i hope!

Same issues as everyone else. I don't answer the calls & they phone 2/3 times in a row on my mobile every few hours & home number every 2 days for weeks now. Will contact our provider to have them blocked & dealt with.....

I've been having the same problem for over a week now! They won't stop. I got another call while typing this post! You need to call their customer service on 1300 737 645 and press 8 for complaints. You will speak to a really nice person who apologies and will remove your number from the list (its probably going to take a day or so) but hopefully this will end!

This number calls me every day and a few times a day soooo frustrating especially when I do night shift. I'm forever answering the call and making stupid sounds on the other end and they still ring arrrrrr.

18 times on a saturday and they kept calling even though I treatened to call the police

They've been calling me every 7mins for last 3hrs... I think I've had enough. Waiting on phone with Telstra now.
