Voice mail received from someone claiming to be James Anderson from ATO about tax fraud. Also called from (03) 8362 3568. Definitely scam calls

I received a Message to text from this number (03) 8676 5630 today stating I have legal complaint under my name regarding tax avoidance fraud issues.
this is a scam.

Was called and had James Anderson leave a message. It matches with what the other responses have outlined. Won't be calling back, clearly a scam

I didnt answer this call. But i have anxiety,depression and mental illness and im a single mum of 4. My life sux so bad im barely putting food in t b e table. This type of call wouldve put me over the edge. THIS SHIR SHOULD BE ADRESSED AND STOPPED.. SERIOUSLY. If i had of hot one moee bad news phone call after picking up the ph and hearing your Brother is dead. ID BE DEAD. WHY CANT THEY ATOP THIS CRAP

Received a call today from James Anderson saying there will be a warrant for my arrest issued if I don't call him back regarding tax fraud!!! Definitely a scam! Sounds like a robot!! I definitely will not be returning his call!!

James Anderson - Indian call centre- left a message said he was from The Australian Taxation Office and I needed to call him before I would be taken to court for fraud. Do not call this number.

Just got a call from this number. I said "hello" and they hung up. I tried calling back 3 times and they blocked it all 3 times. Now I'm scared that they have recorded my voice and tried to hack my accounts.

Will not answer unknown numbers.

ATO tax scam

It was an electronic voice saying they were from the ATO and to call back the number to stop Legal action.

Had call from this number today saying they were from the Australian tax office and there was a complaint about my tax avoidancestors I needed to return the call within 24 hours otherwise I would get a warrant for my arrest and gave to go before the federal court. The caller repeated their name James Anderson and the number. I ignored as I know this is not how the tax Sept operates

James Anderson from ATO (!?!?) Told me to call or I'd be issued with a warrant for my arrest for Tax evasion!!!

I had a call on my home phone from this number claiming to be James from the ATO saying they had received a legal complaint about tax avoidance, fraud and that legal action was being taken in the commonwealth court!!!

Introduced himself as James Anderson from Australia Taxation Office and wanted me to call them back on this number (yes, the number even showed on my phone, not private number). No way am I calling back.....waiting to be arrested instead.......

I received a call with them saying they are from the Australian tax office and left a voicemail message asking to call them back regarding tax fraud or they will issue a warrant for my arrest. I called the A.T.O. Scam Number and it is a scam. It has been reported.

Left a message on my mobile saying I had committed Tax fraud and they were going to issue a warrant for my arrest! Unbelievable
