It is AGL doing customer care. I rang them back on the actual AGL number 131245 and confirmed this info. She actually told me name of the lady I spoke to and what notes they put on my account. I also gave them a serve about contacting people this way but they are more keen on paperless contact than scaring the crap out of people.
