I called back number (03) 8672 5067 quoted the reference number left on my voice message. When I spoke to someone they said the reference number was incorrect can I have your mobile number I should be able to pick up the file from this. Gave them my mobile number and they said I am from Commercial Credit Services a debt collection company. They then asked me to verify my details? Why ? I know I have no debts. I stated this to them and they referred me to their website. I might be overly cautious, But I refuse to give them details. I was happy to answer if they had my details and confirm. I am very wary of giving out my details to random phone calls

They look spam, got their call attended but no one talk. It has happen multiple time, finally I have blocked them. Getting calls at 7:13 PM which is not office time. Must be some one dodgy.
