Answer the phone telling them "I've done the job and the body is buried as requested" and hang up! LOL

I had 2 calls from this group on Tuesday the 21 of April at 1:54 pm and missed it and then had one call from them today (Wednesday 22 April) at 7:16 pm and managed to get it.....they are a "Learn now pay later" uni course of some sort who asked if I was interested in participating....hopefully they won't call again!

I called back number (03) 8658 1196 rang 5 times then goes to busy tone.

They rang me saying that they had contacted me because I had completed a survey - I haven't done any marketing surveys for more than two years when I got caught out. Back then I had to change my email address because of all the junk mail I was receiving and somehow they knew my new email address that I use for online buying.
It would appear that these people buy email address data bases with telephone numbers. And you can't buy anything online without providing a phone number for the courier delivery. Between a rock and a tar pit.

Scammers, just block the number should do it unless they have numerous other ones.

These calls all originate from when YOU yourself use yr phone to enter competitions .triangles. etc. ZAP they have yr number, most are scams some are lifestyle still DO NOT ANSWER any no name OR number you dont reconise. Good Luck. These phone calls can be so annoying. If we ALL dont answer, perhaps they will get the message.

I received a call asking for me. I asked who is this? ( the person had a foreign accent middle eastern or something) said is this ...? i kept asking who it was and he hung up.

I just ignore it. I don't know anyone from Victoria or Tasmania

They called me and asked me questions about a holiday rental I have on the internet. They were asking dodgy sorts of questions, and when I answered with suspicion in my voice he hung up.

They call once a day left no message...
If it ain't important that they don't leave a msg I ain't calling back

ALSO two missed calls. ALSO no dial tone. ALSO pissed off. Bound to be of "middle east" extraction.

I've got 2 missed calls from this number during school.
What do these people want?
If they call me again I'll try and pick up and I'll see if I can find out who they are.
