Don't paycitilink via this company. Citilink pretends they don't engage their services but they do. if you use citilink deal directly with the company during business hours and don't pay extra charges added such as 1.18 trip has $23.00 added. An invoice per day. Fines are supposed to be proportional to the amount. And get a beeper not electronic detection as no invoices sent out so tour at Mercy of public company using police to collect. Offer another call from this group then call city link and deal directly.

I just rang linkt and got put through to the Philippines I gave them an invoice number and she said it was legit but wanted to know my full name and car rego I said the person who's name on the etag is not me, and I bpay any money into my account and do not owe anything. Dodgy as who can I report this to. ??

Caller: Citilink Since over 1 year I am bothered with phone call asking for Michael.....I am NOT MIchael, I am an old lady of 78 years old, not driving since 2006. You called me few days ago but I do not use my phone very much and I saw this number......because I don't know who it was.....I did my research to find out this morning...... Please, a lot of people are looking for this Michael and unfortunatly when I bought my new phone last year at Optus, I got this number......and does not use it much...only for emergency....Please, help me..... Caller: “CityLink” I received missed calls from this number. Called back and answered very abruptly. Usually there is some warning the calls will be recorded for training purposes and a computerised voice thanking you for calling the company.
He answered the phone with need4speed. I could have sworn anything on this. He did not say anything about city link, But then changed his tone and said he was citylink. I asked him how he just answered the phone and he said I said thank you for calling citylink. Those two don’t even sound the same.
I said I searched the number and it came up with mostly scam reports and he said I can just go check my account online and find out what the calls are about.

Caller: "linkt" definitely a scam
do not pay a bill over the phone to this number and definitely dont give them any of your information as it only opens the door to more persistent contact from this number and other scams

Caller: (03) 8656 8212 I have had multiple texts from this number ((03) 8656 8212)claiming my account is suspended and urgent payment required. I don’t live anywhere near there and never have. Can’t claim it was someone’s old number as I have had the same number for years with no issues. Went online and they want all my details just to stop the texts! I don’t think so. I have even tried to block the number but they still get through 😡

Caller: Citylink apparently. Apparently from Citylink. Looking for the previous user of our landline number. That part is legit because we have had numerous calls chasing him for debts. Had the option via keypad to advise the number is no longer correct.

I keep getting text messages from this number saying I owe them money & giving me an invoice #. They say they are from Citylink. The thing is, Citylink deduct money straight from my account. There are no invoices for my payments. This is very dodgy.
