They call on different numbers at least once or twice a day, I have blocked at least 10 of their numbers and they find a new one to call with. If you start talking about the ACCC and privacy laws, they hang up pretty quick. There must be a way to report this group because they are merciless and consistently abuse consumer law.

Can someone f*cking stop these people?? I blocked their number but it goes to my voicemail where they still insist staying on the line and leaving no message. I've told them repeatedly to remove me from their list, but they keep calling from different numbers. It is straight out f*cking harrassment.

Same experience. I asked for the number to be removed from their list, saying "this is a work phone and I'm not allowed to use it for private matters." Sean seemed to understand that!

Wanted to speak to the energy account holder. Told them to remove me from their calling list, continued to speak. Pushy and rude.

Just had a delightful conversation with this company FIRST ENERGY who FALSELY state that they do the billing for my energy provider because I pay on time. When questioned I was asked if there was anyone else in the house who spoke ENGLISH because I clearly didn’t understand. NO - if you cannot clearly state who you are from - she stated “First Energy” and who my current provider is, when they became my provider, when my last bill was and how much (seeing she apparently does the billing on behalf of that company) and how much the discount was? She became EXTREMELY AGGRESSIVE at which point I have terminated the call

Called me said they were calling on behalf of my landlord about my energy account... I questioned his identity and got him to admit it was a sales call, then I abused the f*ck out of him for misrepresenting himself... made him block me 😂

They call everyday regardless of how many time I blocked their phone number but they will always find another number to ring me on. I kept asking to not ring again but they don't seem to understand that simple request:(

Called looking for "anna" said was calling from an energy company. When asked was he indian calling from india became very aggresive " i'm black whats that got to do with it " wanted to know my name. Pretty sure this is a linked phone number in australia from an indian call centre.
