Constant calls, no message left, when you answer they do not hang up just do not talk.
I have looked up this number in telephone numbers allocation, number allocated by Telstra.

Solar panel rebate scam

Called today and hung up

Kim wanted to discuss solar panels. I was busy at the time. I offered to call her back at her HOME number when I had time.
She gave me (03) 8652 1296 It's a rare 03 number that has an incoming time delay before connection Haven't got back to Kim yet.

just got called from this number - answered the phone and started questioning them. this is what I got. Telemarketers name was "john oliver", the number he said he could be contacted on is (03) 8652 1296. Said he was representing "green solutions". When I asked for the name of the telemarketing company he refused. Advised him that I was on the Do not call register, and to remove me off the list.....pricks

I told them I'm coming to visit their boss at home with new big fat bearded immigrants from Iraq

My solution..... get the sales person out (i live 1 hour out of melbourne).....when they arrive....simply state.."not interested in solar panels, you have 60 seconds to get off my property"... waste my time...waste theirs

Have been getting a calls for months now and have insisted they remove my number from data base but keep ringing. My husband answered yesterday and said he will report them but they hung up quickly. Indian accent. How the hell can you stop this. Overseas calls are not covered by the do not call register. Getting really sh*tty.

Scam, kept insisting he was a 'federal government' and trying to sell solar panels to me and calling me by a last name that I do not recognise. Also, it was very noisy on the other side, I have no idea what was happening there.

"Goverment rebate" solar panels scam. Have phoned me constantly last 2yrs. Keep asking to be removed from "list" Won't say who their company is so I can report

Foreign voice. Trying to sell solar panels. Buy nothing from unknown people randomly ringing. Very interesting that countries where Australians have lost jobs to such as Phillipines,India etc are where the calls come from. Shame on the businesses who have taken those jobs off shore. ANZ Bank, Telstra, Foxtel and the list goes on. Why not prosecute the people issuing the phone numbers which they call from or re-route their calls through.

This caller rang both my landline and mob, but left no messages. I blocked a previous caller like that and wonder if it's the same nuisance.

Nuisance call 4:30pm. Silence on the other end of the phone. I have now entered the number as spam in the contact list so that I can ignore in the future.
