I have referred this company to the telco ombudsman

My technique is to tell them they have rung Concept Manure and then talk over them telling them what sort of Poo is available Chook, Cow, Horse or mixed and a discount for five. I then ask them for delivery address and credit card number. They keep trying to talk over me but I persist. So I ask again for their credit card details
One Indian Gentleman said "you are mad" and hung up. Never heard from that mob again and they had been ringing twice a day. Try it. Makes you feel good too!

Usual crap from people who don't have anything worthwhile to do with their lives.
Curious to know when they look in the mirror, are they happy with what they see knowing what they do to earn their $2.00 a day.
I just call back and mute the mic and leave it on speaker, whilst continuing with my daily duties. Love to hear them getting annoyed. :)

He really gets flustered with my 20 seconds delay in responding to each time he spoke...

I was switched to Telco when Austar stopped doing it. No choice - it just happened. They sent me an account saying I owed nothing as I had paid in advance on Austar, but I owed $2.00 for them because they sent me an account. After a lengthy phone all, I offered to pay it over the phone but was told there would be a surcharge to use my card. I cancelled immediately and chose another provider.

Keep getting calls from this number , saying they can save me 35 percent off my electricity bill if I give him my drivers license number , medicare number or pension card number. he also said he works for centrelink , if he works for centrelink he should know the card numbers. I have called centrelink and NO he doesn't work for centrelink , IT MUST BE A SCAM

If they are calling then they already have a few of your details. Probably your name, email address, and phone number. They are trying to obtain further personal information in order to commit fraud or identity theft. They will most likely ask you to confirm your DOB, confirm where you live etc...
