I called and just as someone answered they hung up. I called back, requested a call back that also cut out. They're bloody useless!

Now I will have to go through all the garbage AGAIN just to get through.......................

Called at 11:22am call back at 3:34pm (was told a 1/2 hour wait), cut out after a few rings

call back request came outside the allocated time frame. still took over 8 minutes for them to finally talk to me especially as it was their call back!
