Caller: AGL I have just switched to another supplier. Received two calls, but both hung up before identifying themselves. Wasting everyone's time, theirs and ours. Apparently a Melbourne number.

It's AGL calling after I switched providers. The call came after they already SMS'd and emailed me. I asked them for a discount because their energy prices are through the roof and they refused. Now they're trying to make an offer after I've already left.

Caller: AGL I couldn't agree more. Ripoff thugs. AGL Suck. I highly recommend Choice Transformer (as in Choice Magazine). Save 30%+, and not be subjected to overcharging, rudeness, and lack of professionalism from AGL. Deregulation of the Energy Industry in Australia has been an unmitigated disaster. Run by hideous American creeps whose motto it is to charge customers (who don't change) "Lazy Tax". Excuse me. Busy Tax. Loyalty Discount perhaps. Anyone staying with AGL is happy to be ripped off blind.

Caller: AGL probably Same as above....my phone message says...text me.... it they just keep ringing and ringing. I have also just left them! The company needs to realise the fools working for them are spending a small fortune ringing incessantly...idiots, I’m happy to leave them

Thanks for your post. I also missed a call from this number (no message left), makes sense that it's AGL as I recently sacked them after they changed my plan without consulting me. They are rapacious and duplicitous, no better than the likes of the Dodo group of companies.

AGL sent me a text saying they were nearly doubling my regular bill payments. I immediately left them and now, like others mention, they text and call to try to keep my business. If you want my business, don't threaten to double my bills! Blocked them now :(

Caller: AGL I have also received calls from AGL as I am moving to another provider. I have also received a text message that asks me to confirm that I am moving and provides a link, however when I open it, it doesn't confirm but leads you to a site where you are expected to call them. I have put a block on my phone for this number and sent them an email asking them to quit stalling and send me my final bill.

Caller: AGL I got this from this site I've dumped AGL for a cheaper supplier TANGO Energy now I imagine that want to offer a deal to keep me. Its too late they should have offerred better rates earlier. I'll blacklist them so Im not bothered by them.

I am already an agl customer they have called more once a day for the past 4 days and today they called me at least 5 times and i have not answered any of their calls. Probably their marketing team calling to annoy me
