Caller: AGL Calls incessantly and when answered, either silent call or they hang up after about 5 seconds, tried to call the number back and met with several messages asking me to wait for a service agent to become available. I've had enough as they call all day al night and have blocked the number.

Caller: AGL Have been meaning to move away from this profit-focused, environment destroyer for ages. I paid my bill 2 days after the "date", but I paid the lower figure. They harassed me for the "additional" money (i.e. Later Payment Fee) over the following week, including threatening to disconnect my service. Why not just get the exorbitant Late Payment Fee ($90!!!) in the next bill? They claim I am using more gas and electricity this year compared to last year - no way!? So I finally moved. Now they are calling me on this number; I have blocked the number.

Caller: AGL Be warned! This is the notorious criminal organisation AGL!
My gas bill jumped from $70 per quarter, to $350 per quarter, with NO increase in my gas usage.
Apparently one five minute hot shower per day, should cost me $1,400 per year, according to them!
There are MUCH MUCH better deals out there from other suppliers, so do yourself a favour, look into the options and then SWITCH away from these criminals!

Same issue with AGL, Fed false and misleading information regarding contract only to find a new bill with new contract and significant cost increases. If I was fed the right info when I aske I would have switched providers much earlier and avoided the massive increase on my bill

Caller: AGL - I believe I had a missed call from this number, presumably because I'm about to leave AGL after being with them for many years. I was looking for a new provider because of a new solar system I've had installed. Gave AGL plenty of opportunities to give me a better deal, but they weren't interested. Now they know I'm serious and have signed up to a way better deal with another provider (On Ultra Solar which is a sister company of Energy Australia), they are probably trying to retain my business.

Caller: possibly AGL asian/america accent womans voice pre-recording saying "I have a call to connect to you please wait" 3 times, and then finally "sorry I cannot connect you I will try later" and hung up. no identification of caller.

Caller: (03) 8613 9350 Sounded like an international call centre through an Australian number. Asian style American accents wanting to know why i was leaving AGL.
The phone call would be reason enough - fake interest from international person calling on behalf of a corporation.
I left AGL because they would not reply to my requests for a better deal. Am now with local provider with clear local autsralian) support.

Caller: Claimed to be AGL Electricity We have just cancelled our AGL electricity account after years of unsatisfactory treatment; call claimed to be from AGL & requested personal information including property address, which I refused, said they could offer a better contract for electricity, told them I wouldn't deal with AGL if they gave me the electricity free! Like the previous comment, to little to late!

Caller: AGL Thanks for the comments - I thought I might have to do something to finally be rid of AGL but it appears they are giving discounts at death's door when they haven't treated me very well. I have interacted twice with the call centre telling them I do not give out my personal details to overseas callers whose number I don't know. They hang up abruptly
