Caller: AGL Anytime

No complaints. I got an email asking if I wanted a discount on my power bill. You fill out a form asking for someone to call you. This the number that called.

Just block the caller & move on! and stop your whining you pack of losers!

Constant Calls never leaves a message.

Has called almost daily at times I can’t answer. No voicemail left (until today) so can’t be important. Today’s vm was recorded announcement saying please hold while I connect you. I see others say it’s AGL so no doubt trying to cancel my port request as per several texts and emails despite being told their offer is nowhere near as good as Origin hence why I’m leaving. It’s like a bad breakup.

2x calls in 2 hours, answered both times no one on the other end.
Blocked the number now.
If you call the number back it says number is not connected!

I called back number (03) 8613 9205 reached IVR For a company called AGL Anytime.

Caller: Yes they say AGL

Little Indian, when I asked to stop calling has called 6 times since Monday ...4 days of being annoyed. Now blocked thanks to everyone else's comments. Pretty sure she is not in Melbourne and if it is AGL why put your call centre off shore great Australian company not.

It's a scam...
These scammers know that alot of people go away on the xmas/new year holidays and that's also when gas and electrical bills are issued, meaning that by the time people come back home, there's unpaid bills sitting there waiting for them.
Scammers take this opportunity to call people to gather personal details and/or harass them for money due to the high percentage of people who would genuinely be running late on their bills.
The actual utility companies know that people will be late with their bills on the new year, they aren't going to ring millions of customers who are a week or two late on their bills...

It claims to be AGL,but it is not,they are scammers who use big companies to get info from you.I get a lot like this using big company names .

Caller: AGL Melbourne

Calls me, call hangs up and I get a "missed call" message. I AM expecting a callback from AGL, BUT when I call the number back, I get a spiel about making all customers happy, etc. Then one ring (as though I am being put through to a representative), then SILENCE. All the while my Telco is charging me for a mobile call.......... not good. FIX the problem AGL!

They ring 4 -5 times a day at any time.

I seriously don't think this is agl. I had three calls today. I caught the third and the woman said her computer crashed and would call back. I calked the no and it said it was agl. She didn't call back. Normally I answer tele calls and save the no so I know never to answer again. This bugged me so I called agl as I'm a customer. They had no record of anyone calling. I think this is some on w else

Constant calling all times off the day. I work 9am - 5:30pm its not an appropriate time nd i asked them to cll back after a certain time and they never do they just call back the same the next day.

This is an AGL owned number and it has been reported to AGL Complaints for constant twice daily calls to our number with no person at the other end. I believe it was programmed to do that because I insisted on being put through to an Australian call center.

6. 9.17........A call at 3:00pm, no message left.
Following day 12:00pm, l picked up out of curiosity. BUT SAID NOTHING, not even "Hello".
The caller said nothing.
It was a Mexican stand off of SILENCE.

I wasn't going to let IT know whether l am OLD, FEMALE, young, classy, stupid or allow IT to build any form of picture. You can tell a lot by a persons voice and their usage of language.

Eventually, IT just hung up after 1 full minute of silence.

LET IT GO THROUGH TO MESSAGE BANK FOLKS.....

The world is full of shady sorts.

Telemarketer. On picking up the phone, computerised voice says "Hold the line please, I have a call for this number"
