Caller: alinta energy

robocall. pretty stupid. keeps calling me re. my bill that I paid in full 2 weeks ago.

I called up their call centre for them to stop harassing me and they said they cant stop it as it is system triggered. I told them that if they called e again i will switch companies. It stopped for 4 days and its back again.

Maybe ALINTA you should have some mechanism to overrride the system to send out harassing annoying calls to your clients! Stupid people.

The voicemail I reached said this number (03) 8613 3441 is from Alinta Energy

She knows my Name and Date of Birth exactly? but she want to confirmed it by pressing your Birth date on the mobile keypad? I suspected it is a scammers wants to lure me so I turn off my mobile phone.... Don't know..., Careful....

I called back the number (03) 8613 3441 and reached vm that said I reached Alinta Energy
