Yes I received the hang up call the other night and they rang again tonight and waffled on about rebates and tax cuts, mortgage and super etc. Poor fellow did not know what hit him when he realised that he was conversing with someone that has been working in Accounting industryfor over 16 and a half years. Be careful one and all and do not give out any details.

(03) 8609 6223 - I called the number back but was routed to an automated system saying that the person in extension 117 is unavailable. It didnt state the company name. It just asked me to leave a message.

Blocked!!! Sick of scammer/telemarketers. So annoying.

i reported this to SCAMWATCH.GOV.AU can everybody else do this too and get these scammers shut down
i got a company name called cigna or cigma tried looking it up but it doesnt exist only got the health insurance group cigna who have nothing to do with it

Like all others they keep calling. Blocked on my mobile, no calls for a month & now they are calling again a few times every day. Really annoying.

I called the number back and found it was dodo trying to sell me pet insurance. It appears that they are a call centre that works on contract for a number of companies that want new business

Received 2 calls from these guys this week. First was a state "tax survey" asking various questions: work full time/ part-time (partner also), salary bracket, own home or not, mortgage, investment, superannuation, etc. Follow up the next day with a "you have won $400 of free tax advice". Well educated, super polite, Australian sounding people used in the scam. Please do not tell them anything and report them to scamwatch.

Tell them you live in housing commission and are on the dole. They will hang up so fast and will never phone you again.

Not sure why they keep hanging up each time, but they're Cigna Wealth trying to give financial advice to home owners in view of the pension-drawing age potentially being lifted to 70

Just had a call from this number for the 9th time (03) 8609 6223 it is a total scam just trying to sell. I have blocked it and everyone should do the same.

Called me twice today. Second time I answered & they hung up. Have blocked caller.

I got a call from this number and a girl voice said: "You could go to the police and tell them she is threatening to kill you" then she hung up! When I call back I get the "extension 117 isn't available"

They hang up when I answer and call multiple times a day. When I ring back it rings out and gives a generic voicemail.

Hang up - they want all your financial details about some tax rebate you might be eligible for. They want to set up an appointment for you to meet someone - don't waste your time with these scammers. Typical sellers - they don't break in conversation so you can't get a word in.
