Simply Energy, I didn't answer but when I called back at 3pm in the afternoon the message on the number said that they were 'closed'. What a joke. Complete scam do not answer that number or believe that they are a proper company!!

I had call from Alex, I don't know his last name , but he used very abusive language with me when i said it's wrong no. , he said " f*ck off " .
The name mentioned wasn't my name all i said it's wrong no.
I'm very disappointed with this caller

They're calling from South Africa on behalf of Simply Energy. The Saffa accent swallows the 'i' in 'Simply' so it sounds like 'Sumply'.

I thought he said he was calling from Synergy but apparently it's Simply Energy. I have great difficulty comprehending his speech. He eventually hanged up on me after my fifth "Can you say that again...?"
