I called back number (03) 8593 9758 reached IVR for a company called Public Outreach Consultancy.

a friend had a missed call from this number, when called back it says it is Public Outreach Consultancy. We searched the company name "Public Outreach Consultancy (Australia) Pty Ltd" which had its charity licence cancelled in 2013. Any call from this number is probably a scam call.

One of those companies that does telemarketing for a number of organisations. I got a call about Bushland Australia or something. They were vague about where they got my number from.

I entered a competition a while ago and for bush heritage. Consequently a few days later public outreach australia tried phoning me. I emailed them and advised them to remove me from all their lists. They confirmed they would not call again and now today they tried to call again. They are not doing any of their charities any favours because now I will make sure I do not donate to ANY of the charities they deal with. I do not like my phone number being abused. I am on the DNC list and whilst I am aware that doesn't stop charities from calling, when I ask NOT to be called again I expect them to respect my request. I will not donate to any charities past, present or future that use this company to call on their behalf.
