Says it's Apple Marketing - Charities

Have been contacted by this and associated numbers 2-3 times per day for the past week and have just contacted Telstra's Unwelcome Calls Team on 1800 805 996 in relation to the issue. Normally a "trace service" can be applied to these types of numbers which can lead to huge ramifications against the company involved, but this particular number is well known to Telstra as a non-existent scamming number - should you receive a call from this number, DO NOT CALL IT BACK since they could potentially charge you for the privilege. Unfortunately, all you can do is ignore or block this particular number since it is automated through the use of VOIP and there is nothing that Telstra or the government can do about it...

They keep ringing and when you answer, NOTHING. Canlt believe in today's day and age telstra and other telcos cannot trace and block these a-holes who keep annoining us with these calls.

I called back number (03) 8582 0801 reached IVR for a company called Apple Marketing Group.

Claiming to be from Mission Australia. Wanting a donation to help the homeless... especially now it's winter. Awwww. Hung up.

They phone daily at 1PM. Most annoying!

Didn't know it didn't answer obvious it was not important as they didn't leave a message, so, blocked it.

They kept calling a few times but would not speak.

I have filled in their internal Do Not Call form and emailed it to them today. It apparently takes 28 days to flow through but hopefully it will not take that long. Thank you to the person who posted on one of their other frequently complained about numbers to say that they have an internal DNC register.

Just kept ring us. Very annoying. Maybe, they are trying to find out if we are home. We always hang up.

This number called me at 1.23pm today. I didn't answer but have received a call the last 3 days from different numbers, From above comments it seems that it is Apple Marketing. Apparently the Do Not Call Register does not apply to these jerks. I never answer and another number blocked!
