I called back number (03) 8514 4216 reached voice mail for a company called Axcelerator Home Loans.

This number just continues to call my mobile phone! I don't answer numbers I don't know and they don't leave any messages, so have no idea who they are but they persist on calling many times a week...

I am in Melbourne Australia. Well spoken lady with Aussie accent calls at 6:30pm 3rd November 2010 on my private mobile phone saying she is from 'Accelerators" asking if I would like to have three months shaved off my mortgage and get a better deal on my home loan. I ask her in respect of which property, as I have a number of them, and have sound financial advice. She nominates a Melbourne property that was sold over twelve months ago. I advise her I am a professional investor, and the property was disposed of over twelve months ago, and ask where she got my details. She apologises saying she has outdated information. I say I don't appreciate cold calls and she hangs up without further ado.

this guy calls and wants my financial details so he can canculate a better home loan for me, when asked where he is calling from, he says he will disclose all info after assessing my details....
