We received a phone call too. Ian and I were skeptical but we thought we would see what the fuss was all about. I thought we had our finances in order, but after visiting these guys. I was wrong. They took us to another level and opened up our eyes to things we normally don’t look for. I recommended you open your door to them and just see what they have to say. It may not be for you, but they did everything right by me.

Avoid at all cost. Had meeting at my house for 20 minutes and charged $300 pending further 3 hour meeting in the city. I was told at any time they would refund the money if I was not happy. I couldn't attend the meeting in the city and asked for a refund. Needless to say once they have your credit card details you are buggered.

It's Vision Wealth Management and it's legitimate. Just trying to secure customers. Actually quite helpful and very interesting.

This is a scam company do not engage them they have no AFSL Australian Financial Services License to give financial advice and should be reported to ASIC. Their operation is to guide your super into an SMSF to buy property which they have no legal qualifications to undertake or accounting qualifications proceed with.

We had a consultant come out this week regarding using equity in our home to purchase investment properties, negative gearing and paying our current mortgage out in 7 to 10 years.....I understand you need to spend it to make it but a lot of what he said sounded to good to be true. Thoughts anyone?

Also the first contact we received, they were explaining they are government approved and are helping mortgagees use tax loop holes to pay off their homes but really they pay an external company for mortgage holders data for potential clients.

Hey, I don't actually think they need any of that because they outsource their financial experts. so each individual person has their own licensing. It's definitley legitimate. I have used them twice now and each time they were beyond great. But i had the same concerns at the beginning. Though they do a great job, even my own mortgage broker at CBA was suprised how low they were able to structure my interest rates with the same bank. Rates my broker couldnt get working internally. Funny thing that is, I never understood why.

Hey Glen, I am assuming you haven't used them. We have. And I can tell you that they are none of those things you say they are. You really should stop being so skeptical. I had several companies come out and they were by far the most rational we dealt with. They didnt sell us a property even though we knew we could have purchased one because they said we weren't ready to make the move at the time. I mean what company says that? Because of that, I will remain loyal to them because they have done everything right by us.

Hey Ben, I used them. They outsource most of their financial experts -- Depending on the situation. I actually preferred it that way rather than everything being in house. So I dont think the company specifically has to carry a license if the individual themselves has one. But I could be wrong. Everything was legit when I went through them. So I have no complaints.

I was hesitant too. But Ian and I gave them a shot. They are really helpful, they have alot of departments that help with a lot of financial matters. They helped us reduce our debts and maximize our taxes. It was a great experience.
