Hounding our business landline number. Business based in India. Would not even consider using them for a second because of the ridiculous number of calls.

Im with Go Daddy..its not Crazy Domain. They have a way of picking new domain listings. The only way around that is to make your domain owner invisible. Crazy Domain should have that option when you first buy it. But i have fun with these guys...i accept their offer and make them put a full proposal together, then i ask for references, I tell them i have a budget of 5K to spend. After a while they chase you up to get started and I tell them that someone from their office called and said that they cant help me and suggested another company. They waste our time I waste theirs

BLOCKING future SPAM callers such as (03) 8400 4211 ( to mobile )
Add recent number to NEW contact ( call it SPAM1 )
Save, open again and last section in edits there is an option to BLOCK CALLER
Block & save - no more calls to your phone from THAT number

Next SPAM caller from a different number is easier
Add to EXISTING contact "SPAM1"
automatically saved as another number that will be blocked.

Callers from this number (and others like it) obtain your phone number and email address from domain registry databases.
They are generally trying to sell you web services related to your domain purchase.
Due to their intrusive and persistent style of marketing I would not contact them for ANY work no matter how good the deal sounds.
If you buy domain names from cut price vendors such as Godaddy and Crazy Domains then you pay a cheap price for the domain but the caveat is that your details are published publicly unless you pay extra (more than the domain itself costs) for private registration.

Your options are:
1. Pay the extra
2. Buy a domain from a company that includes private registration in the price.
3. Use a false phone number and email address for the registration (this could be a problem if anyone legit needs to contact you about the registration)

These F^%#ers are using the ICANN WhoIs domain registry to get your details from a domain name(s) you registered. They are not supposed to do so. Here's a tip, go to your domain account and change your phone number to (02) 9999 9999

What a laugh. They are trying to sell websites or develop one for you. Their own website if crap. Full of long winded fake reviews.

I simply told them I have checked out their website and the English is so old world, quaint, with bad grammar, I could not possibly entrust my work to them. Nevertheless, when someone calls me with such an attitude, arrogant and pushy voice tone - they loose me from the get go. Not a chance in hell of selling to me. .

They've called before, and like you guys they seem to have scraped my number from when I registered a domain with godaddy. Those guys are crap, but these spammers are bad news. They're not just aggressive telemarketers, whenever I get a call from this or other "website developers" at an Indian call centre, the same day I always get other Indian call centre scams. So I think what they're trying to do is con you into paying for a new website and then just taking the money. Today I got the web guys first, then that one claiming to be the Tax office with a warrant for your arrest (yer right!!) and another one who says they can save me blah blah percent on my "energy bills" (couldn't tell me if that meant power or gas, just "energy"), and all of them called at least twice the same day until i blocked them. It's either the same call centre, same company or someone distributing our private details out to all of them. I bet just today, some dirty dog just sold my number to 3 different places, so suddenly all three start calling. Either that or all those scams are the same guys, the filthy subhumans.
So, never ever consider these website people - as if anyone would! Sure, we'll just send 10 grand overseas to someone we don't know except by a made up first name only, on a phone number I can't call back, that doesn't have an office here.... yeah right!
What's so evil and sad about it is that only vulnerable people fall for it. The thieves don't care so long as they get the money. It might be people with intellectual disabilities or some kind of condition that makes them unable to tell who they can and cannot trust, and they're more than happy to take advantage. Of course they are because they know that by now most people know to be careful of phone scams, only the really vulnerable ones are left.

Just thinking, if you just let it ring out or block it, they keep trying. If you let them know that YOU know it's a scam and you want to put them in prison, then they know not to call you. I notice that the ones who call over and over all day will stop if you can make the caller hang up on you because you showed that you know it's a scam.

Lesson to everyone who registers a domain name tick "private" or you will be bombarded by call from this company and lots of other ones. It is relentless calling. Even though I have blocked them - they still call.

ALL our numbers are on the do NOT call list, but they still phone because they must have 'acquired' my number from somewhere because we recently got a new website

What does one need to to be rid of these dogs. If I could track them down I'd put a few hard hitting ppl with pliers, blowtorches, TNT, and baseball bats to go to town on their slick arses. No more talking. It's action time.
