Calls then hangs up once answered... annoying

Yes company called Ello wanting to speak to the telephone account holder. Selling
broadband etc. pesky and persistent .....had to hang up

Please leave us alone. It's terrible to be harassed in your own home especially after 8.30 at night. If we want to purchase some thing . Please do not call

I am with this company unfortunately. I had a late payment and couldn't contact them after they suspended my service without notice. When I wrote on their FB page I received a phone call where I was verbally abused. I have never received such disgusting customer service in my life. Do yourselves a favour and never sign up with Ello!! They are horrible people and I actually don't know how they are still in business. I also received emails from a Steve Pappas telling me i was childish for posting on their Facebook page and threatened me if I didn't take it down.

Stupidly just answered this phone call and he went through a list of names after asking for Mrs Jones - cindy, ella, etc. after about 10 names I hung up on him.

yes, this number has called probably once a week for the last month. I see others have found it is from a company selling broadband and mobile broadband. There is often no one there but if you call the number then you find out it is "Ello" Should be able to block it?

Definitely spam - called 3 times. Failed to connect when picked up. Rang back - Ello Internet. Left message on their facebook page, they first responded saying use DCR, which Im already on ( 18 months ). Replied this and they deleted post. Definitely some sort of scam.

Rang multiple times on different lines and just hang up. Called back to Ello Internet.
they tried to sell internet service, even after I asked them not to call again.

Rang again, 2120hrs (are they kidding), hung up, no person their, ring *10# and got last caller - yep, Ello again - I would not use this company if they gave free Broadband, they are the worst kind of harassing scumbags known!

Option 3 is the Tech Support, they go home outside 0900 to 1700, but its OK for the Co. to ring us at 2120hrs...hmmmm

A hang up call can only be classed as a PRANK CALL !

We keep receiving calls from this number and they hang up every single time. We are trying to run a business and have had enough of these overseas call centres behaviour. The company is "Ello" and the head office address in Melbourne, for anyone who wants to visit them and advise them of their displeasure with what has been going on is Suite 5, Level 4 at 424 St Kilda Road, Melbourne 3004.

Hi there, It's a company called Ello and I called back and spoke to a manager. As I thought, they do automatic calling and when I informed him that I am on the DNC register, he said that the call shouldn't have gone through. I explained to him that I am a business owner myself and if they had a decent business they would not need to 'cold call' to get people to use their service.

This No. rang 1730'ish tonight, no voice, wouldn't respond.

Rang the no. back, menu of 1 to 4. Say they have a site www.ello.com.au which option 3, technical support (Michael) confirmed.

They are selling broadband and mobile broadband from what I can see.

Advised "Michael", after hours Tech Suppport that the matter would be reported to the Comm. Ombudsman Office.

Who the hell do they think they are harassing, we are on the DNCReg. bastards!!

Literally no one has the phone number to my iPad except vodafone and myself (I don't even know the number) yet I have been getting spam calls from this number and others
