Caller: "Local council"

I don't think it's a council number. Overseas call centre asking you questions. Don't identify which council they are calling from. Sounds suspect.

CAME UP AS A POTENTIAL FRAUD NUMBER

Unknown caller, did not confirm where he was calling from. He asked to speak to Mrs..... I asked who I was speaking to. He refused to answer and hung up.

I rang back the number (03) 8391 8771, spoke with someone who hung up right away
