I'm sick and tired of getting texts from ARMA about an outstanding debt for $821 for someone called Jessica for a Goodlife Floreat account. ARMA have the wrong number, or this is some sort of scam. I'm not Jessica, I don't have anyone in my family called Jessica and I have never had a Goodlife Floreat account. I keep blocking the stupid text message but they obviously use an SMS service which means it doesn't come from the same number. I tried to call them and was kept on hold for half an hour before they disconnected me saying all their operators are busy.

Hi I am in the same situation at the moment. Would like to know how everything went as I'm stuck because the police came to check my vehicle and saw there was no damage but ARMA is still pushing this. I wasn't driving the vehicle and can't prove this. But surely they would need evidence I was the driver... some advice would be so helpful ... L

Deliberately withheld invoices and particulars regarding a debt, it has just come to light that the debt was with our customer who we signed goods for but don’t have liability for….whoops. Just cost their client Orora group it’s reputation as a supplier in the beverage trade. Buy Visy, Orora, Arma group and Force legal are unethical.

Hi @@@@ As previously advised ARMA act on behalf of Avis Car Rentals and we would like to help you finalise your overdue claim. A 10% reduction is available, taking your current claim of $1,773.12 reduces to $1,595.81. To take up this offer, click this link https://p.armagroup.com.au/U0G0MZ340 . Regards, ARMA
This was the dame a year ago by email. Never in the vicinity of alledged incident. Asked for police reports etc - nothing forwarded. I advised last year that they were fraululent.
This is target against my partner and I never click on links.

Constant text messages saying I owe $1,900 for repairs to a black 4wd. They list the licence plate.I haven't been in an accident. Rather I was hit on a crosswalk by a negligent driver and got substantial injuries. That car was a silver camry thanks whoever sold my information to these greedy @#$%s this is an added stress I didn't need.

Keep getting SMS messages from this must be scamming mob addressed to a person who I do not even know claiming the person owes an amount approx $250 from a company in Tumut. I have phoned the Tumut company who told me it must be a scam as there is no one on their books by the person they are trying to get the money from, and they have not engaged Arma Group for such a debt.

Arma Group are trying to pursue an insurance claim by RAA. I have advised them there was no damage to my car so how can they allege I was responsible for the damage to another vehicle The damaged car had white paint scraped on it my car is silver! The damaged car was a Ford Ranger which supposedly needed a new bumper my car was undamaged and a court magistrate has already determined the alleged witnesses statements were based on supposition, the damage to the Ford Ranger if impacting with my car would have smashed my car rear lights the alleged accident never happened and the RAA claims are bogus and they have breached their own privacy policies policy by providing my details to ARMA group without my knowledge or approval based on an unproven debt which a court magistrate has already ruled as doubtful and unfounded.
If they continue with their demands I will be suing both ARMA and RAA

Paid the insurance claim against me via my insurance RAC still calling saying I still owe money as RAC didn't pay in full. The bill was only $700 but they say I still owe $5600 for a broken tail light. I exchanged numbers with the victim they said the repairs were done and I owe nothing. ARMA claims otherwise.
