They let the phone ring then when you answer they hang up straight away wish they would loose my number

It could have been someone from the Goverment. They told me I had a Huge discount coming on my electrical bill. They wanted to get my okay. Told them NEG had been canceled because they got rid of Malcolm Turnbull. They hung up.
