do not pick-up; rude and aggressive caller

A property group trying to offer a free consultation to review your mortgage/financial status. You must earn $80k+ (single,collectively), be under 63 years old with $100k equity in your home. They start the call saying your area has inflated in value and they can offer tax breaks but really are trying to get me to sign up to their services for property sales and management.

They would have my details from last credit check so they are calling based on assumptions of your job and income already.

the guy says he's from AUSWIDE PROPERTY GROUP

I called back number (03) 8370 2635 reached voice mail but did not say from what company.

Just rang - left no message, just breathing down the line
