They keep calling but when I answer no one talks back.

Stop calling me. If i havent answered after 2 weeks im obviously not going to answer. I dont answer numbers i do not know!

This person is persistent and uses this number and also same first digits but ends in 0322; claims I called them regarding extra education of some sorts, for one its a new phone and number and I have never called them.
