I called back number (03) 8202 5111 spoke to a woman who said company name is benchmark referral services doing telemarketing for an insurance company called insurance line.

i have found the below about CMS insurance (as many of the below comments advise the number claims to be CMS insurance....

They then request details about the person and what they are currently paying for insurance. They then guarantee to beat that price – subject to immediate payment by credit card.

If you have an iphone just go into the number's info in your call list, scroll to the bottom and click "Block caller"
I'm sure other phones would have this feature in the settings somewhere also

I received the call from that BRS, regarding to insurance products. When I informed them I was not interested on anything, the person got rude straightway. What the hell? I blocked more than 30 called id already.

BRS called and wanted to know about my insurance cover. I said I was OK but they would not stop. I just hung up.z

called yet again no taking just hung up they want you to call back as it is to overseas ie india so will cost you they even told me last week they will put me on the dnc list
