Few missed calls from this number..
Is it known? Dial back to no answer Received missed call from this number on the 06/09/2012 at1910. I was not sure who it was, so I looked up the number on the internet. I called back, but can not get through. I'm also based in Sydney.
I called this number back and finally spoke to someone. They claim to be from Optus, but this is not true by any means.
It's a total hoax. I confronted the individual with this news and advised they were breaching Australian telco laws by pestering me and others... they swiftly hung up. Hopefully won't hear back, but be warned... they are probably out to steal your optus account information.I get 2 calls a day from this number as well as (03) 9908 2726 it is a scam and very frustrating.
This number has been calling my mobile and now landline. Hoax caller scammer i think BE CAREFUL REJECT CALL
Called this number back goes straight to music??
Getting sick and friggin tired of these "businesses". If they put half the effort into legitimate avenues then they would have a great business.

They said they are using and iPad service through Optus and quickly hung up again. I got the same guy answering again and I told him to block my number and he told me never to call back, that's not how it works and hung up on me again.!!! angry
I am over 70 and was up on my roof doing repairs, you can imagine how polite I was when climbing down and rushing to the phone and catching it in time.FXXX Yxx.
Someone claiming to be from Optus asking for account details... they have called several times over two weeks. I've called them back about 20 times playing youtube videos of screaming goats... might keep doing this all day!
i get calls everyday when om at school so i can never answer, but its very frustrating.
keeps calling 5 times a day when i am at work n now there calling at 630 at night wtf. who do u have to call to make it stop
Scam and con spoke to Optus today and they confirmed that this company has nothing to do with them. A complete scam do not answer these calls.
A complete scam claim to be affiliated to Optus which is not true. Trying to b* you with a bundled deal of an ipad/ Ssamsung tablet which Optus doesn’t even offer. When I pointed out that this was a work phone the caller kept complaining they couldn’t understand me. If you are going to try and scam/con me at least hire someone who can speak and understand English. Very frustrating. Don’t answer this call complete and utter scam.
Receiving several calls a day from this number for the past 2 weeks. I had assumed it was a scam or telemarketers due to the lack of messages left. Have now blocked calls.
Well it's started again 12 calls this last week from this number that hangs up as soon as I answer
Had many calls to my mobile from both dodgy numbers. They knew my home address and were offering 25% off home internet.I said I dont do deals over thephone and to please email me the details. They said they couldn't and hung up. But still call every aafternoon just before 5pm whilst I'm at work. Think I will starr messing with them now. Shouldn't Optus step up and put a stop to these imposters?

I've been coping the same bullsh*t and I'm over it I rang Optus and told them and they said it is telemarketers and they will block my number well obviously they didn't and it's so annoying. If I knew they had a reason to be chasing me id answer but the don't
So sick of these bozos calling, have had 14 calls from then over the last 6 days while I'm at work. same thing with the other number they use
