Came up as "Unavailable". Didn't answer. Rang back, blocking my CID and got "The number you have called is not in service". Obviously a scammer using an out of service number they've obtained. Why can't the Telcos block the "out of service" numbers from being taken over by illegal scammers, shouldn't be too hard if the Telcos really wanted to stop them.
