I have had least 10 (03) Victorian numbers call me this year and everytime its a scam, charity or telemarketer. Never going to answer an 03 number again

Is always Calling and leaving 101 messages just saying 'hello hello hello' assuming it's someone selling something also always is an Asian sounding lady.
